2026 Musselshell River Distribution Project

Hello Everyone; The Decreed Water Enforcement season for 2026 will begin at 6:00am on Sunday, April 26, 2026.The "Order to Enforce Water Court Decrees and Order Appointing Water Commissioners" has been mailed out by the Montana 14th Judicial Court. You all should be receiving your copy soon. We ask that you read through the Enforcement Order to note any changes made from last year. Please remember WATER IS NOT TO BE TURNED ON if you have not paid the balance of your water bill from 2024. Please pay any balance due as soon as possible.
