2021 Musselshell River Distribution Project

Hello Everyone; the Decreed Water Enforcement season for 2021 will begin at 6:00AM on Monday, April 26, 2021. The "ORDER TO ENFORCE WATER COURT DECREES AND ORDER APPOINTING WATER COMMISSIONERS" has been mailed out by the Montana Fourteenth Judicial Court. You all should be receiving your copy before April 26, 2021. We ask that you read through the Enforcement Order to note any changes made from last year. Please remember: WATER IS NOT TO BE TURNED ON if you have not paid the balance of your water bill from 2020. Please pay any balance due as soon as possible.
