Welcome to 2018 irrigation season. Everyone should have received or will receive the Enforcement Orders for Decreed as well as the Contract orders for Deadman's Basin Water Users’by next week. The enforcement water season will begin on Monday April 23, 2018 at 6:00 AM.

If you do not receive a decreed order, there is a problem with addresses on file. Most are directly from DNRC Water Right Records which should be current. When they are returned to the District Court’s address we know we have a problem. The Decreed and Stored orders are posted on the website for another place to review.

As always, the priority dates dictate which water users can irrigate. This INCLUDES Period of Use. If your right does not start on or before April 23 for period of use, it is necessary to wait until you are in compliance with period of use dates. Please review the orders and comply with the requirements. If the website is being used to order water, it can also be used to notify commissioners when the water user is done. Resubmit the information as required but state”0” or none in the Flow Rate.
